The Museum Collective – Return & Refund Policy

At The Museum Collective (TMC), we want every explorer to enjoy their journey with our guides. Because our products are digital downloads, once a file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned.

Refunds

We only issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • You purchased the wrong guide by mistake (refund or exchange available within 7 days of purchase if the file has not been downloaded).

  • The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or not working.

  • You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate transaction.

If your situation falls under one of these categories, please contact us at hello@themuseumcollective.com with your order number and details.

 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds cannot be granted if the guide has already been downloaded or accessed.

  • Change of mind, personal preference, or accidental purchase of the correct product in the wrong language/version are not eligible for refunds once the file has been delivered.

Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong guide and have not yet downloaded it, we’re happy to exchange your purchase for the correct guide within 7 days of purchase.
