• Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with a secure download link to access your purchased guide(s).

• In most cases, delivery is instant. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folders) shortly after purchase.

• If you do not receive your download link within 1 hour, please contact us at hello@themuseumcollective.com for assistance.

No Physical Shipping

• Because our products are digital, there are no shipping fees, customs charges, or physical delivery times.

• Our guides can be downloaded and used worldwide.
